how old?

im planning to do another degree after i finish masters so i will be like 22 :S

but there are lots of people who are 20 on first years, and some who are 30 +

I'm 26 and I've just started an Engineering HNC/D. I would take it to a degree, but I'd probably have to pack in work.

There are a lot of people on the course that are older than me, one of them is 39.

You're not too old at all. Just don't leave it long enough for commitments to get in the way and spend the rest of your life regretting not doing it.

I started my degree at 19 after a gap year and thought I'd be the oldest one there. I was, in fact, one of the youngest. Lots of mature students doing history at Goldsmiths, and one woman was in her 60s...she gave an awesome presentation about life in the 50's and 60s during a seminar on British history....basically just the story of her youth, it really was fantastic to have someone in our group who had lived and experienced all the social history we were learning about :D
