I'm pretty sure I've asked this once or twice, but this time I mean it :D

Within the next month I should have a Lian Li PC-A70F. Which is an awesome case in many ways,
except for the insides being silver and having no side window. What's the best way to colour
the insides? Spray paint it (thinking black or red btw, ideas needed!), or send it to the powdercoaters
for £70? (the same company that does powdercoating will also cut a side panel for me).

I'll be using the gear in my sig, except for the Case and the H50/vipers ofc, (Phoyba Nano G-14's?).
As well as custom WC'ing (first time ever!), might end up selling the 5770's to fund for a 5870 (or 6770?)

Does the price quoted for powder coating include them taking it apart and putting it back together? You can't just give them an assembled case and have them powdercoat it.

have you factored in having to take it apart and re assemble it. what are you like de riviting and re riviting?

painting is not too hard, and all you will have to do is mask and sand and take your time. At the end you will also have the satisfaction of knowing you did it yourself.

Powder coating will give you a very nice finish.
To get the professional look, you will have to drill out the rivets & have each piece coated.
This adds to your cost as most companies charge on surface area.
So more pieces = more expense.

kalvindeane, where are you in wales as I know a company that does powder coating for not a lot of cash.

In Carmarthen pal. Are you thinking of 'Tom's' shop? (please don't suspend me again mods, it's not a competitors link, and I'm not going to tell anyone about it...:p)

You could use that shop (I do)
There is a powder coating company in Skewen & another in Swansea
