How should I duplicate my RAID0 array?

My workstation has a RAID0 array of 2x500gb drives for 1tb usable. This is then partitioned into 4. Unfortunately I'm running out of space now so want to move everything to a 2x1tb array of the same configuration, but I can well do without reinstalling Windows and setting everything up again.

What I'd like to do is create the new array and use some disk imaging software to duplicate everything from the original onto the new, then expand partitions as necessary. I'm using the built-in AMD RAID on my ASUS Crosshair IV Formula mainboard.

I don't think I can use the RAID controller to mirror the array unless the target is the same size?

Any advice would be welcomed, particularly with regards to what imaging software will be up to the task.

Thanks! :)

Ive used acronis to back up my raid 0 array, and sucessfully rstore it.

It even managed to image a single drive and sucessfully restore the image to a raid array.

Excellent, I'll look into it, thanks :)

Why have you partitioned on top of your raid?
You should have made 4 raid0 arrays instead.

Old habits perhaps? I like the organisational structure that partitions provide. Let me know how I create 4 RAID0 arrays from two drives and I'll get right on that ;)
