My car DOES have a rear wiper and I hardly ever use it except when removing dew in the mornings or something.
Aren't all Mondeos hatchbacks though? I always think of Mondeo saloons as just streamlined hatchbacks because the rear glass is still part of the boot hatch.
Anyone know how to lower the roof on a Honda Civic?

So there's tree types of Mondeos?
Saloon
Hatch
Estate
There's nothing "saloony" about the hatch - it's just a hatchback![]()
That 100% truth answer is that reversed flow due to the adverse pressure gradients causes... the water to sheer off the window. Very much analogous to flows in sudden expansion ...ducts. Yawn.
But there's a Saloon Mondeo?!?!![]()
It looks saloony to me because there's a flat/horizontal area/lip between the window and the tail lights.
A focus actually looks like a hatchback.
A hatchback is a car that has a rear hatch that opens, even if it looks like a baked potato it will still be a hatch back if it had a rear hatch.
I'm always gobsmacked by the amount of people who dont understand the difference between a hatchback and a saloon or what constitutes a "door"
One of my friends refuses to believe that my Skoda Octavia hatchback is a hatchback.

Cant say I've ever noticed a proper Saloon Saloon Mondeo. Now every time I see a damned Mondeo I'll be looking to see if it's a proper salooon.
So it is sponge time after rainy day...great...
How stupid....
