There should be a profile saved in the BIOS with the overclocked settings. You need to reboot your PC,press delete to enter the BIOS and go find the saved profile.

Thats the problem i don't know where the saved profile is :/ in AI tweaker at top it says in yellow 'target 4400ghz' but on the first screen in bios is says 3.3GHz same when i go to control panel and go to system still says 3.3GHz

My motherboard is P8P67 PRO if thats any help

The problem is i dont know if its overclocked or not everything says 3.3GHz but like i said in biso under AI Tweaker it says target 4400 so maybe its not overclocked? but a few people in the review did say they had to do it themselves

im pretty sure that to activate it you need to access the mainframe, download the firing codes, flip up the red case, insert both keys, start the transfer of the firing codes and turn the keys at the same time, then just press F10 to get out of the BIOS and boot Windows... :)

Download CPUZ from here, run it and then stress your CPU out with something like Prime95 or IBT. If it doesn't reach the promised 4.4GHz (shown in CPUZ) then you need to load the OC profile in the BIOS

your system was overclocked by ocuk youll find when you use load your pc ie play a game it will run at overclocked speed its showing that speed because its not doing anything or like d brennen says intel burn test itll stress youre pc

Yep, an amazing feature of SB :)

And every CPU in recent history :) Intel and AMD have been doing this intelligent clock speed control with Speed Step and Cool and Quite respectively for years

Anyway, OP, if you don't see the magic 4.4 in CPUz then you will have to delve into the BIOS to select the appropriate profile. I'm sure that plenty of people here can help, or you could give OCUK a bell on Monday :)

When I got my computer from OCUK, it was supposed to be at 4.2ghz, but the overclock was lost in shipping..or something so it might be the same for you.

All you have to do is boot the computer, hit DEL key few times while its loading, once the bios is loaded, press F12 to access the OCUK profile, load that and then save the settings, reboot.
