Hi all,
I have a home video that I want to add a snow effect on to.
Ive got free video editor VSDC, but it doesn't have this effect in built.
I tried downloading a snow video with the intention of overlaying it over the video with some transparancy, but this doesn't seem to work (I can't find how to make the snow video partially transparent).
Can anyone help?
