How to automatically set Soud Playback through Headphones from Speakers

Hey I use an audio interface and whenever it's late I have to open up the Windows Sound Properties to change the Playback from Speakers to Headphones and back to Speakers in the Morning/Afternoon.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to make this automatic when I plug in/out my Headphones?

It's not a HUGE hassle now that I made a desktop shortcut to the settings but I wouldn't mind knowing if there's a better solution.

My ZXR has headphones pod on the desk and speakers output on the card. It has a button to click in the panel to go speakers or headphones with 1 click.

The ZXR is the dream soundcard for people with good hifi and good headphones.

The ZxR is a good card but it's output impedance is way too high. I grumble at my STX's 10 ohms but 38 ohms is way too high for a solid state amp.
