How to/best way to clean inside of PC?

surely if you're using a hose/attachment on a vacuum the motory bit would be far enough away not to cause any PC issues?

I used to use cans of compressed air, but they didn't last long and the price added up over time. I got a CompuCleaner Air Duster a couple of years ago and used it every month or so. Saved me loads of $$$. Would recommend.
