How to block MSN webcam?

My young daughter is getting hooked on MSN, I am concerned about what she will get to see when I'm not there so I want to block incoming webcams, how do I go about it? port blocking?

Install a version of Messenger that doesn't have webcam facilities?

Uninstall Messenger and advise use of E-Messenger?

Port blocking could be a better solution - but wouldn't that stop file sharing, games and anything else related to Messenger 'being the server'.

If he portblocked the webcam thing wouldnt that block messenger anyways ? i thought everything msn uses runs through the same ports?

I think your right slogan, only way to do it is find a program that runs on msn servers but doesnt have options for webcam, not sure i know of any except the webmessenger ?
 
you're probably right to be worried, my younger brother has loads of screen caps of girls in his school on msn webcam! 16+!!
