How to build an Airbus A380 in 7 Mins

Of course the amount of work thats going on internally isnt really shown but must be amazing to watch also. There are literally thousands of miles of wiring in something like that!

Amazing stuff indeed. I can only imagine the sort of work that goes into designing and making something that complex.

Amazing video, but I'd very happily watch a 2-3 hour long footage on how they do all the furbishment, wiring, etc. :o

LOL a few of my mates are working in toulouse doing that, Its not interesting it's the most boring job they have ever had. You would also be surprised on how few of the engineers putting it together are skilled. Monkey production work. Also with it being assembled in france the thing has to be speeded up because they refuse to work overtime.

The british (skilled) workers keep getting rollocked for working too fast.

Nice video all the same.

cool vid, think i saw part of a plane or rocket going through barcelona when i was there, massive hunk of metal, looked like the middle piece of plane at the start of this vid with police all round it going through the streets, was HUGE

Nice looking machine, pitty that in less than 5-6 years there wont be many planes flying about due to lack of customers.

Eh? I don't fancy the boat trip to Australia...

Nor would I fancy driving or training it to places such as Glasgow from London when air travel is available.
Please backup your case, teaboy.

Excellant video, by the way :)

A very good video to watch, in terms of a piece of modern enginnering I am just totally fascinated by project A380 and every part of it. I just want wait to witness one personally in a few years time!

their was a programme on channel 5 ages ago about the development and building of the A380 and all that from the video was in it. The town they had to go through was somewhere in france iirc and as the plane's fuselage is so big they had inches to spare between it and the buildings at the side of the road, took them ages to navigate through it.
