How to cap upload speed in Windows 7

Hey guys, anyone know how to do the above?

I'm currently downloading a large client and it likes to upload as well, so it is restricting other things on my net. Is there any software where I can set a cap on the upload?

theres a program called netlimiter just google it.

I think this program is very good. I have it and you are able to limit the download and upload speed of each open connection on your pc. Does the job well. The older version is also freeware.

Worth a try IMO
