How to change boot up XP screen?

I've been playing around with programs to change the look of xp and now I have a light blue static low res xp logo which displays before I get to the logon screen. How do I change back to the defaualt black screen with the green status bar?

Doesn't the program you used have a way to undo your changes or allow you to re-apply the default theme?
