How to change IRQ DS3

I want to change the IRQ of my G card as its sharing IRQ 16 with 5 other items and i cant play games and my screen keeps freezing every now and then it just goes black or the mouse freezes then it goes black then it comes back and everythings fine for a while

this happens to me when i overclock my graphics card to far, same happend on my old 7800GT

it really anoying because if i try to play a modern game like bf2 it wont or if i play mohaa i have to turn everything in geforce control panel to low otherwise if just crashes its like its fighting for resource against the other items which infact are 6 and not 5 as i earlier said which is stupid damn you gigabyte.

doesnt make sense to me
