Evening all,

I got my OnePlus 2 today and I saw when researching that it's recommended to use the swiftkey keyboard. So I picked it. I've googled but can't work it out, only stuff that i've already looked through. I like it apart from..

1, My "! ?,." are in a stupid extra section.

2, the buttons aren't separate, it's just grey with letters on.

3, how do I change the layout of the "123" section when I switch to it?

I'm coming from a Z1, although still android everything feels so different.

If you mean by moving keys around, then no, you can't do that.

Personally while Swiftkey is great for predicting the next word, I moved to Google Keyboard as Swiftkey started to feel bloated and slow.

If you used the Sony keyboard and miss it I suppose you can try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/app-xperia-keyboard-devices-running-t3111797

There are other extracted Sony keyboards but they seem to require being flashed from a custom recovery.

I didn't know you could change the skins. Had a play, nothing I fancied.

I tried the Google keyboard and I prefer that, so for the time being I will stick with it. Hopefully it'll remember how I type soon. Google seams to have not saved that from the Z1! :(

Thanks anyway :)

Swiftkey reminds me of coldplay... Utterly **** but massively popular. Go figure.

Show me another keyboard that's got cursor controls and a dedicated number line and I'll be happy.

As for bloated it loads instantly on my 6P, so it can't be that bloated. Just turn the stats and stat notifications off.
