How to check if NCQ is on?

I have a G965 chipset intel board which has NCQ support. I'm using Vista and got Intel Matrix Storage Console installed. It shows my Samsung drive as NCQ supported, but does this mean its enabled by default. I can't find anywhere that lets me turn it on or off.

Any help would be greatful.
