How to cook a fillet of cod?

We just had it steamed.. Dad wraps it in foil and leaves for about 20 mins..

is it true that cod harbours a parasite named 'codworm' little red vessles in the cod....someone told me and ever since then I dont eat it

Yes it´s true

but "our" cod is salted and then dried for a few weeks,so sometimes we see this worm in the flesh of the cod,like a thin red lines( but dead of course)

do not be afraid of eating that ,mate,we have worms inside too,d´ont you now?
