Probably a dumb question.

Where can I find the clickable link to a spreadsheet so I can send it to people in a email. They won't need to go through the folders to find it then

In the folder that the spreadsheet is in, click the address bar at the top of your explorer window which will then show you the path. Copy and paste this into the email (won't work as a hyperlink, though)...

You can set a hyperlink in an email by right clicking and selecting 'Hyperlink' then navigating to where the file/folder is in the dialogue box which opens, or pasting the address above into the address bar at the bottom of the Hyperlink dialogue :)

Copy to path allows me to get the file path into the email, but its still not clickable.

I can get it to work in Word, but not in an Outlook e-mail..

Any ideas?

If you highlight the text (any text) and right click you can add a hyperlink - just paste the copied file path.
