That's a very good point. Standard side, no problem but it would have ripped the louvers to shreds.

Seems easier to me just to use a hole saw and drill which I have done on a couple of Lian Li Cases.

I used a hole saw. Cost around £5 and only required a small amount of filing to smooth the egdes. Perfect size every time.

why make it hard on yourself?
For the money you will spend on rinsed dremmel discs, you can have a hole saw plus change and spend a fraction of the time doing it

Couldn't use a hole saw because of the louvres .

Before realising the louvers were in the way the cheapest 110 > 120mm hole cutter for steel I could find was about £30 > £40.

All the cheaper adjustable ones seemed to be for wood and plastic only , though I suspect they would be fine on aluminium .

Cost in dremel cutters .... about £4

+1 i used a 140mm hole saw for my case just need a powerfull drill on the end off it
