How to Disable "Welcome to Windows Live Messenger" Window?

Everytime I start WLM 14.0.8064.206 in Windows7. A Welcome to Windows Live
Messenger windows appears. This is very annoying. How can I disable it?

Note that is not the Windows Live Today Window that appears on the options
menu.

Could be a bug to do with Windows 7, it should stop appearing after the first start. You could try a reinstall of WLM.
