I've just built my new gaming system and gonna play first supported DLSS Multi Frame Generation game hellblade ii enhanced... Actually I am new to rtx, dlss and multi-frame... I don't know how to activate that on games even on supported ones?

They're all options within the game.
If they're not there, the game doesn't support them.
Some games, however, can have a mod that enables some of the above.
What games, and show us some screenshots.

Probably need to ensure the custom upscaler is set to DLSS first then
Surprised no one mentioned HAGS! In some games the frame gen option doesn't even show at all, let alone be greyed out or whatever, if HAGS is off.
