how to end a letter of compaint?

lol at dogoid!

Your style of writing a complaints letter is different to mine, I would not make direct threats, however I would make it clear to them I am an opinion leader with all my work colleagues and friends and family and I would not hesitate to voice my poor experience with them.

Might be a nice addition ;)

Well, this is my most recent complaint: http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showpost.php?p=15868357&postcount=13

Mind you I'm a bit more nicey-nicey instead of threatening action against them.

You have quite a lot of superfluous capitalisation and several spelling mistakes - and it might be worth making it more formal - 'father' instead of 'dad', for example.

As for the ending, 'yours faithfully' is the strictly correct way I imagine - but I prefer my friendly-yet-firm appeal to them, making it clear they'd lose a customer and would have bad opinion spread by my word of mouth.

Lucky girl getting your cash back very fortunate!

Sara having worked in customer service environments for along time I have to say that letter lost me at the start and I would have filed it in B1n myself , however the further I tread the better the letter got in fact towards the end I would say it was A1 standard. what response did you get ?

i'm not making direct threats. i have an obligation under HSE and gas safe both professionaly and concience wise to raise this matter.

the cooker wasn't advertised as natural gas but was not advertised as lpg either, it is advertised as a home cooker, thus i feel confident that i am allowed to make the assumption that it is suitable for a domestic, natural gas environment.

Haha, so you found the thread in the end :)

Cheers, I realise it starts out a bit muddled but I'm guessing the right points came across as they've granted me the EUR 250 (£217 I think it comes to) - not that it's arrived in my account yet...

Lots of love.

But if this doesn't get sorted, i'm on the phone to the Sun and making myself a small fortune. You'll know it's me by my forced sad face and me sitting infront of the cooker.

Bitch.
