how to export firefox settings to another pc?

Usually I would use FEBE but it doesn't work with fireFox 3 beta 5.
Is there an xml file or similar I can just copy across.

Export to which version of Firefox?
If it's to 3, you're better using the JSON export in the Library window. To 2, you'd need to use HTML.

I don't know if this helps but for firefox 2 I just copy and paste the whole firefox folder located in vista at: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla
This way all bookmarks, passwords and extensions are transferred.

can find that on vista, but wheres the corosponding file on xp?

I normally just go to the run command and type %AppData% and copy the mozilla folder to another partition or wherever you want.
