How to find my rma number ?

Hi all. Sadly I have to rma my 7990 as it's faulty however I have no idea how to get an rma number and can't find out anywhere either. It's probably a noob silly question but yeah how do I get one? Thanks all.

Thanks, I am on the webnote however it has a space for the RMA number, which I obviously havent got yet! So I assume I just ignore that then?

and I have asked in that forum but because its a sunday I assumed I wouldnt get a reply and would like to set it up asap

You will receive an RMA number once OcUK have accepted the return of the item.

Contact customer services first with the RMA form, leaving the RMA number box blank, and you'll eventually get an RMA number to return the item.
