Title says it all, my EVGA card has developed a fan related annoying hum and thus instead of ditching the card I need to replace the cooler but need to know how to find out what version of the card it is before I can buy one.

Hi, generally you can also handle RMA with the unit if you want to. Which model do you exactly have, can you let me know the P/N? You can also already watch out for coolers, most of them do only get mounted arround the GPU with 4 big screws. Those should all fit on the card.

Hello,
The card was given as a donation, my wife is very ill and it helped me put together a new computer for her last year, I do not have the box or the purchase information.
Model is Geforce GTX660Ti 2G 02g-p4-3660-b1.
The noise is like a low bearing hum and does not seem to be affected by speed of fan, It would probably not be as easy to notice if the other parts of the computer were not so quiet.

Thank you for any advice you can give me.

According to EKWB 02G-P4-3660 is a reference design.

Put the card details into their Cooling Configurator for confirmation.

The B1 at the end signifies it has a 1 year non-transferable warranty.
