How to find out if my K800I is locked?

Hi,

Is there any way to find out if my K800i is locked or not?

I purchased it from ebay (which it was advertised as unlocked) for use with MY o2 Pay & go sim, which works fine, but I dont have any other network sims to try.

Any codes or whatever to find this out?

Where < and > represents pushing the joystick left and right respectively.

There will be an option in there somewhere to view, they'll be pics of padlocks indicating if it's unlocked or not.

uhhh, doing that just brings me to the camera.
Am I missing something here. :confused:

Have you tried entering the whole thing carefully ignoring where you end up? Have never done this myself but that's normally the sort of thing you have to do. If you're ending up at the camera because of a shortcut you've set up maybe try getting rid of it temporarily?

Works fine following the instuctions posted (just tested it, and confirmed my phone is locked to Vodafone).

Ahhh got it.

Finally figured out how to remove the shortcut to the camera and it did it useing the instructions.
Thanks, indicates its unlocked.

am confused,

mine says:

Network: Unlocked 5
Service provider: Unlocked 5
Corporate: Unlocked 5
Extended: Locked 5

Does this mean it can take another network sim card? Cause it wont take my contract o2
