How to find out what programs are auto updating on my pc?

Anyone have any idea how to find out what programs are auto updating on my computer? Lately I've been getting constant lag spikes in games ranging from 40 to over 1000ms. :mad:

Install Comodo Firewall and run in paranoid mode as it will flag all programs that want to run and ask for permission before execution, bit annoying though or while playing and you notice lag you can just alt tab and check outbound connections it will list all the programs that it accessing the net.

Even stubborn programs can be force to switch to desktop with ctrl + esc.
It does not even matter if the program can't be force to alt tab to switch to desktop as long as the op can see what program is using his net while he's gaming, he can just close the program with alt + f4 to go to desktop.

It really does not matter if the program is able to switch back to, as long as the OP can switch to the desktop and check comodo what is the program that is causing him high ping.
