How to find out whats making noise

Hod i find out whether its my psu or fan at top back of case making noise ? is there somehwere i can turn fan off and see if the noise is still there ?

Yep, it won't chop it off unless its a Delta going at 3000rpm

Switch the pc off and unplug all the case fans and reboot. See if you still have the noise.

just put finger on middle of cpu and case fan and there was absolutley no noise exept a tiny little one from psu .. is there any way to make case fan quiet ?

Was it the CPU fan or the case fan? You said you stopped both and the noise stopped, but you didn't say whether you checked them individually.

If it's the case fan, you can probably replace it for a couple of quid - case fans are dirt cheap.

The CPU fan might be slightly trickier to get the exact same one, but chances are you can just put a similar sized fan on it without a problem. Worst case, get in touch with the heatsink supplier and see if you can buy one off them, or just get a new cooler.
