How to find PPT TDC EDC values

How can I find the ideal values for PPT TDC and EDC?
Ryzen master shows me the following ppt 88, tdc 60 and edc 90 values, how can I improve them?

Turn on PBO in Ryzen Master, but those are just power related limits, you're not going to see any difference in performance.

Hmm? Pretty sure you can set those values to anything in the UEFI (probably not in Ryzen Master).
