How to fit V8 over i7 in HAF

Can anyone tell me which brackets I should use - and how - to mount the Coolermaster V8 over my i7?

spec in Sig.

the v8 coolers on ocuk are advertised as LGA1366 compatible so like you i assumed the cooler comes with all the brackets for this socket. I was plannin on gettin the same cooler myself for my upcoming build.

The bracket should look like this

Thats a real bum deal if this isnt included with the v8 cooler and if thats teh case i might go the noctuna route for my build.
 
Hmm im pretty sure the v8 comes with the 1366 brackets, but they might not have done, and yeah the noctuna is probley better overall (slightly cooler/quieter) but the V8 looks like a beast.
 
The V8 DOES come with those mounting bracts for 1366. Just not any instructions - at least not with mine.

I assum the large single plate goes on the back of the mobo and then is bolted through the mobo to the two bar plates on either side, which is then screwed to the cooler stack...?
