I find this also, I have to use the application setting and set it in game.

If I try to use enhance or overide it doesn't even apply any at all.

Again I never had this problem with my 5870.

ive tried loads of differnet ways myself and the only way that applys AA is if i set it in game.

Em,you wont be able to apply AA in any Unreal Engine Game using the game menus as the developers do not use/include it?

The Unreal Engine that software developers use to make games have no AA implemented in there coding

could swear i have also seen AA in Unreal Engine game as well, sure it was Gears of War which runs on Unreal Engine 3.

So im i wrong then ? i could swear AA is not used with the Unreal Engine as it uses some kind of shadow rendering/lighting instead

Google also suggest this im confussed i thought this was common knowledge

If im wrong ill hold my hands up

googling gives weird mixed messages. some state that the engine cannot use AA where-as some claim that a bloke from EPIC actually states 'The most visible DirectX 10-exclusive feature is support for MSAA on high-end video cards. Once you max out the resolution your monitor supports natively, antialiasing becomes the key to achieving higher quality visuals.' and also I used AA in Bioshock, not sure if it did anything mind just did it too be on the safe side! :D

Im sure because a technique called HDRR is used with the engine AA cannot/or is not needed, again correct me if im wrong someone
