How to get Average FPs on time demos ?

I've just got a 7970 and would like to bench mark it next to my GTX480

I would like to get minimum maximum and average fps so i can make a a read up cheers in advance.
 
Run Fraps in the background and set it to record your min,max & avg framerates to a .csv file.

You can then do a Excel side by side comparison.

This is why I did when comparing my HD7970 to my old HD6970. 320 second (5 minute) is the optimum length I found.
