How to get digital signal into Jag

My Dads Jaguar XJ has TVs built into the headrests but it runs off an analogue signal.
With the switchover is there anyway I can get a digital signal to the TVs?
 
I would assume you would have to get a digital antenna/receiver and also some sort of a set top box?
 
You will need to change the tuner to a digital one, my Range Rover has the same Jaguar system in it as it happens and i need to do the same. They are available on ebay regularly.
 
Exactly, you need some kind of DVB-T receiver. You'll likely also need some way of controlling said receiver in order to change channels, as the built-in infotainment won't be able to do it.

The proper option is if DVB-T was an option for that car, buy one of those tuners.
