How to get my overclock back...

I bought a full system from OcUK back in march that came pre-overclocked. It's running an AMD Phenom II X3 720, it had an original overclock of 3.33Ghz. I recently did a BIOS upgrade and it's reset my overclock back to default, does anyone maybe know the settings I can quickly use to get it back to 3.33Ghz.

It's running with a Ga-MA790XT-UD4P.

did you flash your bios or did you just reset the cmos?

If your reset the cmos only your overclock will be recoverable, however if you flashed your bios you will not be able to recover your overclock.

Set the multi to 17, Vcore to 1.475, HT to 2.2GHZ, NB to 2.2GHZ, up the CPU NB voltage to 1.3V and the SB voltage a little.
