How to get NTFS External HDD into FAT32?

Is there an easy way to do this in Windows?

Want to use it to backup my PS3 before I upgrade the PS3 hdd and it had to be in FAT32. Right click -> Format gives me NTFS option only?

You need an app called fat32format.
