I am not judging however according to myenergi (the people who make the zappi) Octopus are making a note of all accounts where they feel people are exploitig the system and if so those people could be kicked off.

as for the age of the thread, it was me who bumped it. i was not sure but i felt it made sense to keep this as the single IO thread.

Fair enough. I do leave mine at the max (32A I think), but I only charge once or twice a week.
 
I just had an email from octopus telling me I had to remove my zappi from intelligent octopus and re add it
it did say it was a problem with them not me but if I didn't do it I would be moved onto octopus go.
I have done it and readded so hopefully all sorted now but just wondering if anyone else has had such a message.

the same message popped up on my octopus app as well

Had the same not long ago with Audi, and having to accept the new Audi terms and conditions. Fortunately, things have worked a lot better since then.
