how to go about missing item from order?

Hey guys,

so I've ordered some parts yesterday and they arrived today, but to my suprise the box was rather small in comparison to parts ordered. Upon opening I noticed a definite lack of H440 case that I ordered, its ticked off on invoice that came with box.

I opened a thread in the customer service part of forum but would it better to call them or webnote etc?
 
okay cool, this isn't a common occurrence is it? I would imagine its hard to misplace something as big as a case. Also no harribos >:( not impressed
 
I ordered a h440 last week and some other parts, h440 came separately on the same day in its own box. I also had 2 tracking numbers.

Same as you, my packing slip was in with my mb etc.

I wouldn't worry about it they can tell from the weight of the parcel that something is missing.

Doubt it's common as we don't hear about much bad customer service in the forums

I was wondering that, I'll see tomorrow if it turns up maybe DPD was lazy and didn't take the heavier package even though its same address. I've ordered many things from overclockers so I'm sure I'll get it sorted, I'll update if it turns up tomorrow
 
Yeah every case (and monitor) I've ever ordered has come in its own original box as a separate consignment and not always with the same courier. You should really have tracking details for it though.
 
Sounds very possible, the tracking info that I have state that item was delivered today but its only showing one consignment. Checked mail, nothing there either. I'll wait till tomorrow just in case but I've created thread just in case(oh the puns).
