Im not sure. A Nikon PB-6E bellows system with a reversed 20mm lens can give a 23x life-size image. Now that image doesn't have a reversed lens, but it does have loads of extension tubes as well. Having said that, this picture was used to demonstrate how NOT to combine macro kit, so I think you'd be better off with your mpe yak. Just imageine how many stops of light that setup must loose. You'd need a floodlight just to get reasonable shutter speeds.
