How to increase chest size

Whats the best way to do this, i.e what weight exercises would be best suited for this.

I have a 36 chest and would like to increase it, would it be possible to reach 38? maybe more after a quite some months/year?
 
Big chest also equates to having a big back.

For size development DB bench is awesome for that, in particular inclines and dips (ones which concentrate on the chest rather than triceps.

However as much as you do that you will need to do some back work too.
 
I can't really add anything that hasn't already been said except to re-iterate the importance of dips and bench.They really will work wonders.But don't forget your back too..well,and your shoulders,and probably legs too :D

A balanced physique is the thing to aim for here.Providing you go on the right training program and eat the right things I would think 2 inches in 6 months would be feasible.
 
A well balanced lifting regime and an appropriate nutrition plan. Coupled with dedication and hard work, should do it.

incline bench
decline bench
flat bench
flyes
dips

also do some back work

wide grip chins
lat pull downs
bent over barbell rows

and of course deadlifts as this is the mother of all compounds

make sure you take enough calories / protein otherwise you won't add any mass anytime soon.
