how to install question

i have just bought the Akasa AK-913 EVO 33 Direct HeatPipe Copper with Fan Controller CPU cooler for my AMD x2 4400....came to install it and i've just taken off the stock heatsink holder from the mobo, but do i take off the plate which sits underneath the motherboard too? from my understanding of the instructions i do, and seeing as i get a similar thing with the akasa i'm guessing i do....but just wanted to double check first.

The evo 33 comes with its own plate does it not.....

If it doesn't then leave the current plate on......if it does and its easy enough to remove the current plate, remove it.....

it does come with a black plate yes...i just wanted to make sure before i do
