How to listen to Internet Radio in other rooms?

I really enjoy listening to my own stations on Pandora but can only listen in my spare room, so what is the best, easiest & cheapest (multiple choices welcome)methods of being able to listen to Pandora in my lounge?
Maybe connecting to my tv or surround sound system?

I have a RJ45 Lan cable running into my lounge & also have wireless available

It's the old pick any 2 conundrum.

A squeezebox would be the easiest and certainly pretty damn good, but not the cheapest. An old PC hooked into the network would be the cheapest, and certainly versatile, but perhaps not the easiest.
