How to make a custom W7 disc?

How can i make a custom W7 X64 disc, things removed, drivers sliped in etc?

I tried one program and it killed my system!

Thats the one i have used, was the BETA though so could be the problem

RT7lite does seam pretty lack!

Nlite was amazing, never got to use vlite but hear it does work for W7!
