How to make a landing screen responsive?

Hey Folks,

Very quick question....

I just put this page up and trying to make it responsive so that it will adjust on different screen sizes and on mobile devices.

I have it working using old code with a div nested in a table but I cannot get it working using the code that is commented out in my index.html file. I was trying to use the tutorial https://internetingishard.com/html-and-css/responsive-images/ but it won't work.

Any ideas?

Your original code was working for me when I loaded it before.
Showed me the large image on my laptop and resized it when I changed the size of the window. Showed the small image on my phone.

Thanks for confirming....... I just tried gain with cleared cache and now its working in both browser and mobile.
