How to make a window start up at a certain size?

I am wanting to start minecraft up at a certain window size and am wondering how I can do this?

how? alt tab would just change the window I am seeing that's not what I want to do I want it to stay as a moveable window (not full screen) but startup or be changeable to a set size.
