Recently I have been pretty bored of work as I'm sure we all do, some weeks I am just sick of it!

Does anyone have any tips they are willing to share which helps time seem like it's flying?!

1 Thing I do is cover the time on my computer at work this helps to an extent until I know it's lunch time.

Glad you where expecting it.

You are there to work, you are paid to work, I am pretty sure if you are not busy you could be pro active and find things to do. Failing that ask your boss for more work and responsabilities?

Funnily enough i seriously agree with that suggestion... i find if i'm busy i don't look at the clock at all.
It's not that the work is particularly fun, but it's hard to be bored when getting on with stuff.

Other than that if allowed to, listen to music / radio would be my main suggestion.

Dunno what you do, but look for things you can improve at work... I assume you're on a computer, so do some research into areas of interest relating to your work?

throw the clock around, then time will fly... until it hits the floor...

Do some work :P Spend time making everyone cups of tea/coffee.

You're already on it.

Even that's easier said than done. Usually when I ask my manager (and I've had a few managers over the years) for more work to do, he usually scratches his head and goes "I'll get back to you on that".
