A friend of mine, who isn't a girl, actually threw like this in rounders once (school days). Went to throw it to me and the ball ended up behind him, he did an under arm throw and didn't let go until his hand was above his head.

I'm sure he'll appreciate me reminding him with this video. :D
 
happens to me all the time in Cod!! ... attempting to throw a 'nade through a window, damn thing usually baounces back off the sourrounding wall, or sticks to the frame if it was semtex!
 
That's a spectacularly bad throw, surely if you're handling live grenades you make damn certain that you at least get them over the wall right in front of you. Maybe he should practice with tennis balls for a while just to get the hang of throwing.
