Hi guys, i just got my 4850 upgraded from a 8600GTS 256mb

I would like to monitor my GFX temp and Ram ussage

can anyone recommend me a program?

Can everrest do it?
 
ATi Tray Tools v1.5.9.1298 (Beta) is what i'm using.
You can enable the many MANY monitors by right clicking the icon in the task bar>>tools & options>>Onscreen display.
You can also setup a profile for your fan by going to Hardware then overclock settings.
