overclocking the graphics card is unbelievably, stupidly easy. just download a program called MSI afterburner (it may have come with your card, seeing that its an MSI card) and OCCT

use MSI afterburner to set up the overclock (literally move 3 sliders) and use OCCT to test the graphics card for errors (30 min test minimum for your final check of the card)

its almost impossible to go wrong. MSI afterburner will not let you damage the card, and if you put the overclock so high that it crashes, it will just reboot the PC with the original drivers and the overclock removed

overclocking the processor is slightly more complicated and, since i havent done it myself, i will let someone else explain

since you have the twin frozr 2 cooler i wouldnt be surprised if you could get away with shoving the voltage on max (1.1V) if you have a case with decent air flow for the graphics card (unlike mine)

i believe the max temperature is 104C, but generally people like to keep their card below 90C

What cooler do you have for the i5? They're extremely easy to overclock, it's basically a case if changing a few settings to enabled or disabled, typing 48 into the multiplier box, and fiddling with the voltages till you're happy, as long as you have very good cooling.

to test the processor on full load, download a program called prime95.

for a quick test, try about 1/2 an hour, but for your final stability test leave it running for around 8 hours
