Hi, I got a cpu I wanna sell, it's an LGA type so has no pins. Haven't got a box for it, so what's the best way to package it to send to someone? Thanks

You could propably try using a small square piece of Styrofoam and push the pins into it so that they cant bend then covering it all up in bubble wrap and put into a box. Probs what i would do.

There are no pins.

Wrap it in a anti staic bag and bubble wrap.

Put it into an anti-static bag, buy a cheap sponge cut it into 2 and wrap it around the bagged cpu.

Whenever I have bought an oem processor they have come in a little black cardboard box. I was wondering where you can get these boxes from? a jewelry shop or?

Got an AMD protective plastic CPU Cam Shell Box which would fit your CPU for safe transit if you would like it.... :D cheers.
