How to play a DVD, help.

Could someone explain to me how i go about playing a DVD film on my p.c using media player 11 please.

Every time i try to play one i get the “windows media player cannot play this dvd because there is problem with digital copy protection” message.

It must have been years since i last used a p.c to play a film, it worked back then.

OS is XP pro.

Do you have a decoder installed? Check here and if you need one, get it from here

Download VLC player and use that:

Much better then windows media player

Install AnyDVD.

I went the Anydvd route, seemed the easiest.
