Fact is this goes on with so many products and brand names, i just go by what the company deems the correct pronunciation is for instance nike is pronounced ni-key, nvidia Ti cards are pronounced tie, and asus is aZOOS

people will always pronounce things differently, i say it A sus way as its spelt that way, but its like americans pronouncing nissan and mitsubishi . nee-sarn & meet-subishi lol

I've always called is ah-suss (short 'a' as in "bat").

Probably a tomarto tomayto thing I guess...
I don't trust the American pronounciation of Pegasus lol, they say min-otor rather than mine-otoar :O
